01. Purpose

03. Changes
Requests outside the approved scope require impact assessment and written approval before implementation.
04. Access and accounts
Ownership and responsibility for domains, hosting, cloud projects, app-store accounts, APIs and credentials should be documented.
05. Intellectual property
The agreement specifies transfer or licence of deliverables after applicable payments, while preserving third-party and pre-existing rights.
06. Support
Warranty, defect correction, maintenance and enhancement periods must be defined separately.
07. Confidentiality and data
The parties should document handling of confidential information, personal data, backups and security responsibilities.
