01. Project payments
Payments are generally linked to discovery, design, development or delivery milestones defined in the accepted proposal or service agreement.
02. Work already performed
Fees attributable to completed discovery, planning, design, development, purchased services, reserved capacity or delivered milestones are generally non-refundable.
03. Unstarted future work
Where a project is formally cancelled, any eligible amount for clearly unstarted future work will be assessed after deducting completed work, approved expenses, third-party charges and applicable taxes.
04. Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, app-store, cloud, API, software, licence, payment-gateway and similar third-party charges are governed by the respective provider and may be non-refundable.
05. Request process
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to director@twsenterprises.in with the project reference and reason. Eligibility is determined under the signed proposal and agreement.
