TWS ONE does not guarantee revenue, customer adoption, app-store ranking, search ranking, funding, profitability or any specific commercial result from a website, application or automation system.
03. Third-party platforms
App stores, cloud providers, APIs, payment gateways, messaging services and other platforms may change policies, pricing, availability or approval requirements. Such decisions remain outside our direct control.
04. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, lawful content, timely feedback, approvals, access credentials through secure channels and necessary licences or third-party accounts.
05. Data and security
No digital system can be represented as completely risk-free. Security measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate all possible incidents, misuse or third-party vulnerabilities.
06. Estimates and scope
Timelines and costs remain dependent on agreed scope, feedback cycles, dependencies and changes. Material scope changes may require revised estimates and written approval.
07. Professional review
Legal, regulatory, tax, financial and industry-specific compliance should be reviewed by qualified professionals appointed by the client.
