Responsible website use
Users must access the website lawfully, provide accurate information and avoid conduct that could damage, overload, probe or interfere with the website or another user's access.
Applications and eligibility
Submitting an application is a request for review and is not automatic acceptance. TWS may request clarification, supporting information, suitability details or completion of additional documentation. TWS may accept, reject or defer an application.
Service activation and written agreement
The exact scope, period, fee, responsibilities, limitations, communication method and termination process for a service must be stated in a separate written agreement or confirmation. Website descriptions are summaries and do not override signed terms.
Market risk and no assurance
All market-linked activity is subject to risk. TWS does not guarantee profit, a fixed return, capital protection or a loss-free outcome. Users must read the Risk Disclaimer before proceeding.
Account security and credentials
Users must never submit an OTP, TPIN, MPIN, CVV, banking password, broker password or card PIN through the website. A user is responsible for protecting devices, accounts and communication channels and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
Fees, taxes, refunds and cancellation
Fees and applicable taxes are communicated before activation. Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the specific service agreement and the published Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Market losses are not service-fee refunds.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, TWS branding, written content, page designs, tool names, dashboards and original educational material are owned by or licensed to TWS. Users may not reproduce, sell, scrape, reverse engineer or falsely represent the content without permission.
Communications and electronic records
Users consent to operational communication through the contact details they provide. Email, WhatsApp and form submissions may be retained as business records. Users must promptly update incorrect contact information.
Restriction or suspension
TWS may restrict website access, decline communication or suspend a service where there is suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, unlawful conduct, material breach or risk to users, systems or third parties, subject to applicable written terms.
Applicable law, changes and contact
These website terms are governed by applicable Indian law. A signed service agreement may specify additional dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions. TWS may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
