Market risk
Financial markets are affected by price volatility, liquidity, news, policy changes, corporate events, global conditions, execution quality and other factors outside the control of TWS Enterprises Private Limited. Values may move sharply and an exit may not be available at the expected price.
No guaranteed return or capital protection
No statement on this website should be interpreted as a promise of profit, fixed return, minimum return, loss-free outcome or guaranteed recovery. Any target, illustration, historical performance, screenshot, testimonial or example is contextual and may not be repeated.
Derivatives, leverage and intraday trading
Options, futures, intraday and leveraged positions involve elevated risk. Premium decay, gap movements, margin changes, slippage, illiquidity and rapid price movement may produce losses exceeding the amount expected by a user. Participation should be limited to capital the user can afford to lose.
Research, education and TradingView tools
Website articles, market commentary, educational material, dashboards and TradingView tools are decision-support resources. They may use historical data, formulas, technical indicators and third-party market data. They are not infallible, may produce delayed or false signals, and must not be treated as automatic instructions.
Users should independently evaluate suitability, risk, liquidity, costs and tax implications and may consult an appropriately registered professional where required.
Regulatory status and service descriptions
TWS Enterprises Private Limited is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Portfolio Manager. References on this website to portfolio management, wealth management, investment management, demat handling or similar commercial service categories must not be interpreted as a claim of SEBI registration or as a regulated portfolio-management mandate.
Any actual scope, responsibility, fee, authority and limitation must be stated in a separate written agreement accepted by the client.
Client responsibility
The user remains responsible for reviewing information, understanding risks, verifying orders and maintaining account security. The user must not share an OTP, TPIN, MPIN, CVV, banking password or broker password. Independently changing, exiting or entering positions may materially alter outcomes and may affect contractual eligibility for support.
Technology, execution and third-party risk
Internet outages, broker downtime, exchange restrictions, delayed data, device failure, rejected orders, partial fills, slippage and communication delays may affect execution. TWS does not control TradingView, exchanges, depositories, brokers, banks, telecom providers, hosting providers or other third-party platforms.
Conditional loss-support provision
Any loss-support arrangement is not insurance, a guaranteed reimbursement or an unconditional promise. It applies only where expressly included in a separately signed written agreement and only to eligible Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Compounding Strategy or Demat Handling clients.
- The qualifying loss must exceed 25% of the applicable deployed capital.
- Approved support may be capped at 50% of the eligible loss.
- Eligibility is subject to the written service terms, verification and documented compliance with the agreed process.
- Support may be unavailable where the client voluntarily exits, interferes with, changes or independently executes positions contrary to the agreed process.
Limitation and external content
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the signed agreement, TWS is not responsible for indirect losses arising from market movement, third-party failure, delayed communication, inaccurate external data, user error or unauthorised account activity.
