Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatic. Conditional cash-based loss-support may be considered only for Portfolio Management Service, Wealth Management, Compounding Strategy and Demat Handling Service where written terms permit it. Support may be up to 50% of eligible loss only if eligible loss exceeds 25% of declared capital and the client has not independently exited, modified, averaged, reversed, hedged or interfered with active trades or positions. This is not insurance, guaranteed capital protection or assured return.
